Payout Policy
How points on TopOne Field become US dollars. Last updated 19 October 2026.
What a point is worth
1,000 points convert to $1.00, and every withdrawal is settled in US dollars.
Minimum and increments
Withdrawals open at 10,000 points ($10). Larger amounts move in round $1 steps.
Payout methods
- PayPal: transferred to a PayPal login registered under your real name.
- Digital gift card: a redeemable code emailed to you; which retailer depends on availability.
Processing time
A crew member works through every withdrawal, typically in 1–3 working days, and its progress shows on the Cash out page.
First payout
Withdrawals unlock one full day after registration. An ID check may come before the debut payment.
Request rules
- Requested points are locked straight away so nobody can spend them again.
- The queue holds one pending withdrawal per driver.
- Turned-down requests refund the locked points completely, together with an explanation.
- We may refuse withdrawals that break the Terms.
