Data we hold
- Licence: email, driver name, your password in hashed form, when you registered and from which IP address.
- Racing: each run with start time, finish time and result; your ledger of points; daily bonuses; withdrawals plus the payout email given for them.
- Tickets: what you send support, plus your name, email and IP address.
Purpose
It lets us run the licence, credit points, catch fraud or duplicate accounts, deliver withdrawals and answer tickets. Your data is never sold, and no outside advertisers operate here.
Sharing
To complete a withdrawal we pass the necessary details to PayPal or to the gift code vendor. Authorities receive data only under a legal obligation.
Cookies
There is one essential session cookie, used for sign-in and form protection. Fonts, scripts and images load from our own server.
Retention
We hold data for as long as the licence is active, then just for whatever span accounting law and fraud checks oblige us to keep it.
Your rights
Email support@topone-field.com from your registered address to request an export, a correction or erasure.
